How to Get Ace in Re Adventures

The route reported by September guides

Destructoid describes Ace, called Fire Fist in some unit lists, as available through capsules dropped by the Akainu boss in Marineford Infinite. Capsules reportedly can contain Ace directly or Fire Shards. The same guide says 100 Fire Shards can be exchanged at the Luffy NPC. Those reward and exchange details are published reports, not a measured drop table.

• Progress until Marineford Infinite is available and check the current mode reward preview.
• Bring enough boss damage and wave coverage to survive the Akainu encounter; do not assume a fixed spawn wave.
• If a capsule drops, collect it and inspect its actual contents. Void_Td discusses the capsule route at 12:51.
• If you see an in-game shard exchange, read its displayed requirement before spending. Do not rely on a fixed NPC location from a guide.

What the videos show—and what they do not

Void_Td's September 23 video shows Ace in combat from 6:37 to 8:52, which confirms gameplay footage of the unit but does not measure its acquisition odds. At 12:51 the creator discusses the capsule route. ItzVexo's September 23 guide discusses Ace acquisition from 3:50 to 4:46, then cannot locate the Luffy NPC from 4:53 to 5:09.

Because the NPC is not located in that walkthrough, this guide cannot give a reliable coordinate or claim that the 100-shard exchange is available in every current server. Check the live lobby and official announcements before farming solely for that exchange.

What we cannot confirm

We did not find a reliable official capsule drop rate, Akainu spawn schedule, or current exchange limit. Do not plan a guaranteed number of runs from a guessed percentage. The official experience listing was restricted at our September 28 review.
