Follow the Marineford route, then check the capsule
Destructoid and gameplay creators describe a Marineford Infinite route involving the Akainu boss and capsules, with Fire Shards toward an Ace exchange. We can confirm Marineford combat in creator footage, but this screenshot does not show a shard dropping or a completed exchange.
When the mode is available, inspect its reward preview, clear the boss, open any capsule you earn and record the actual item shown. Keep shards until you can verify the exchange NPC and requirement in your build. Do not estimate the number of runs from an invented drop rate.
